Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the SAIMA platform at saimahub.ai. They apply to every account type: individuals, companies and agencies, developers building on our API, and affiliate partners.

Effective date: 9 August 2026 · Last updated: 9 August 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using SAIMA, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SAIMA provides tools to create marketing content with AI, manage brand identity and product catalogues, schedule and publish content to connected social accounts, manage advertising campaigns, and analyse performance.

We continue to develop the platform. Features may be added, changed or removed. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • New accounts are reviewed before activation. We may decline or revoke activation at our discretion.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@saimahub.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SAIMA to do any of the following.

  • Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that incites violence.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others.
  • Impersonate any person, brand or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Publish deceptive advertising, false claims, or content that violates the advertising policies of connected platforms.
  • Distribute malware, attempt to breach the platform's security, or bypass access controls and rate limits.
  • Use automated means to extract data beyond what our documented API permits.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without a written agreement with us.

5. Connected accounts and third-party platforms

When you connect a social, advertising or commerce account, you authorise SAIMA to act on that account within the permissions you grant. You confirm you own the account or are authorised to manage it.

Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. A platform may suspend or restrict your account for reasons outside our control, and we are not responsible for the consequences of such actions.

You may disconnect any account at any time, from SAIMA or from the provider's own settings.

6. AI-generated content

  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You must review it before publishing.
  • You are solely responsible for all content published from your account, whether AI-generated or written by you.
  • You must not present AI-generated content as fact where accuracy matters, or use it to produce misleading claims about products, services or results.
  • Where a connected platform requires disclosure of AI-generated or synthetic media, complying with that requirement is your responsibility.

7. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content, brand assets and data you bring to or create on the platform.

You grant SAIMA a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to operate the service for you — including sending it to the AI provider you select and to the platforms you choose to publish on. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.

SAIMA retains all rights to the platform itself: its software, interfaces, brand and documentation.

8. Plans, billing and AI credits

  • SAIMA offers a free plan with limited quotas, and paid plans that differ in the number of brand identities, team members, scheduled posts, storage, and included AI credits.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the subscription period and renew for successive periods unless cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by Moyasar on its hosted payment page. Card details are never received or stored by SAIMA.
  • Each AI generation consumes credits according to its type; text costs least and video costs most. Your balance and every transaction are visible in the platform.
  • When credits are exhausted, new generation stops while already scheduled content continues to publish.
  • Prices may change. We will give notice before a change affects your renewal.
  • Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

9. Developer API

  • Developer accounts are reviewed before activation. Applications must accurately describe their purpose and the data they use.
  • An application may access an organisation's data only after that organisation explicitly grants named permission scopes. Attempting to obtain access by any other means is a material breach of these terms.
  • Request only the scopes your application genuinely needs.
  • API keys are confidential. Store them server-side, never in client code or public repositories, and revoke a key immediately if you suspect exposure.
  • Rate limits apply. Circumventing them, or degrading platform stability for other users, may result in suspension.

10. Affiliate programme

  • Affiliate accounts are reviewed before activation. Joining is free with no minimum requirement.
  • Commission accrues only when a referred customer completes an actual paid subscription — not on visits, clicks or free sign-ups.
  • Your commission rate and payout terms are shown in your affiliate dashboard after your account is approved.
  • Self-referral, misleading claims about SAIMA, and unauthorised paid advertising on the SAIMA brand name are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of commissions and termination.
  • Every commission is recorded as an individual ledger entry; your balance is the sum of those entries.

11. Availability and support

We work to keep SAIMA available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, provider outages and events beyond our control may cause interruptions.

Scheduled publishing depends on third-party platforms accepting our requests. Where a platform rejects, delays or removes a post, we surface the outcome to you but cannot guarantee delivery.

12. Suspension and termination

  • You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time — see the Data Deletion page.
  • We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, presents a security or legal risk, or has unpaid fees.
  • Where circumstances allow, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy before terminating.
  • On suspension, default platform retention places the organisation into read-only status after 30 days and deletes its data after 90 days.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAIMA disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

SAIMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or losses arising from decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content or platform analytics.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to SAIMA in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SAIMA harmless from claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the policies of any connected platform.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. For material changes we will notify account holders by email or an in-platform notice before they take effect. Continuing to use SAIMA after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
